My name is Anna and I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher at the oum.ru club.

I have been familiar with yoga since 2011, having started my journey with Iyengar yoga. Then, for 5 years, I studied and practiced meditation and prostration techniques taught by Buddhist lamas.

 

In 2018, I met the oum.ru club and was inspired by hatha yoga. One day the teacher asked if I had any desire to lead the classes myself. Shortly after that, I took a teaching course that included 200 hours of practice and lectures, and now I am happy to share my knowledge and help everyone who wants to master the techniques.

 

Classes with me are suitable for both beginners and advanced. Together we will gently and gradually pay attention to working with the whole body, develop attention, master pranayama and get acquainted with shatkarmas.

 

Yoga in essence for me is a holistic set of techniques that allows you to develop awareness and maintain a healthy body and mind.
